Interior Decorating
Decorating an Entire House
Every room furnished, styled and finished under one direction — so the house reads as a single home rather than a tour of separate decisions.
Whole-Home Scope
One House, One Direction, Nothing Left Half-Done
A whole-house decorating project is as much logistics as it is taste. Every room has to be specified, ordered, tracked, delivered and installed, and the pieces arrive over months rather than weeks.
What makes it worth doing all at once is coherence. Decisions get made against a single plan instead of a series of showroom appointments, which is the difference between a house that looks considered and one that looks accumulated.
It is the natural scope after a renovation, and the usual choice for families relocating into an empty house who want it genuinely liveable rather than furnished in stages.
What's Included
What a whole-house project covers
Scope is confirmed after a consultation. A whole-home decorating project typically includes:
Who This Is For
This is the right scope when
You are moving into a house that needs everything
A renovation has finished and the rooms are empty
You want the whole house resolved rather than done piecemeal
You need the home genuinely liveable by a fixed date

Client Needs
With the renovation work complete, the clients needed the entire home furnished and styled — pieces that suited how they actually live, and a house they had the confidence to entertain in.
Design Response
Furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories were selected room by room against one palette, then procured, delivered and installed so every space reads as part of the same home.

Problem Solving
Challenges & solutions
Challenge
Furnishing every room at once means dozens of parallel orders with wildly different lead times.
Solution
Long-lead items — upholstery, custom window treatments, anything made to order — are identified and placed first, so the schedule is set by the plan rather than by whatever was ordered last.
Challenge
Rooms specified over several months can drift, and the last ones stop matching the first.
Solution
Every selection is checked back against one documented palette, so a piece chosen in month five still belongs with one chosen in month one.
Challenge
A house furnished in waves is unpleasant to live in and never feels finished.
Solution
Deliveries are received and held, then installed together, so rooms arrive complete rather than accumulating one box at a time.
Our Process
How a whole-house project runs
Discovery & Whole-Home Scope
We walk the entire house, talk through how you live in it, and set priorities room by room.
Direction & Floor Plan
One palette is set for the house, then furniture plans are developed for each room against it.
Selections & Procurement
Every room is specified and ordered, sequenced so long-lead pieces do not hold up the install.
Install & Final Styling
Deliveries are consolidated and the house is installed and styled, room by room, to completion.

FAQ
Decorating an entire house: common questions
How long does furnishing a whole house take?
Typically several months. Design time is a small part of it — the schedule is set by furniture lead times, and custom upholstery or window treatments can run months on their own.
We are relocating. Can the house be finished before we arrive?
Often yes, depending on your closing date and lead times. The earlier the conversation starts, the more realistic it is — this is one of the most common requests we get.
Do we have to furnish every single room?
No. Whole-house scope usually means every room you actually use. Guest rooms and secondary spaces can be deferred without breaking the overall direction.
Can we keep pieces we already own?
Yes. Anything you want to keep is planned around and the palette built to include it, rather than working against it.
Does everything get installed on one day?
Where possible, yes — deliveries are received and held so rooms go in complete. On larger homes it is often two or three install days by zone.
Is this the same as full-house remodeling?
No. Remodeling changes the house itself — layout, cabinetry, tile, fixtures. This is furnishing and styling a house whose finishes are already in place. The two often run back to back.
Which Northwest Arkansas cities do you serve?
Fayetteville, Goshen, Springdale, Bentonville, Lowell and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities.
